We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join us as part of our team.
About the role
Engageli is an advanced online learning and collaboration platform designed to deliver highly interactive virtual classroom experiences. The platform features table-based seating for small-group work, real-time analytics, and AI tools that transform passive video into interactive learning experiences. The project requires strong DevOps maturity to support rapid feature delivery, reliability, and scalability.
Tech Stack: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
Work Environment: The role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to adapt your working hours with the requirement to attend all team meetings.
As a qualified expert, You will
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment and architecture
- Drive DevOps best practices and automation across the team
- Support security and compliance initiatives
We’re looking for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE
- Strong experience with AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Would be a plus:
- Experience with high-load / real-time systems
- Experience with video streaming or WebRTC systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments
