About the role:

SPD Technology is looking for a Middle Sales Data Researcher to join our Sales Team and build high-quality lead databases for outbound sales outreach. This role is critical for our growth pipeline: you will research target accounts, identify and validate the right decision-makers, enrich contact information, and maintain structured datasets that enable efficient and personalised sales outreach.

Work Environment: The working environment is flexible. We have only 1 meeting scheduled once in two weeks to attend. Time zone – preferably GMT+2

Team: The Sales team consists of 4 people

As a qualified expert You will

  • Research and build B2B prospect databases aligned with ICPs
  • Identify relevant companies across selected industries and geographies
  • Collect accurate firmographic data (company size, locations, tech stack, funding stage, etc.)
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Verify role relevance
  • Ensure accuracy of contact details
  • Enrich datasets with relevant info
  • Prepare structured lead lists for outbound campaigns
  • Track completed research, coverage progress, and reporting

We’re looking for you if you have

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Sales Data Researcher or Lead Researcher experience
  • Experience working with B2B services is strongly preferred (IT outsourcing/software development services ideal)
  • Intermediate English level and higher
