About event
Microservices have been a development trend, but are they always the right choice? How do you know if you’re prepared to move from monolithic to microservice architecture?
On November 20, we invite you to join the stream “The Obvious vs. The Unseen in Microservices: Why and How to Make the Shift?”, where experts from SPD Technology and Intellias will share their insights and examine key aspects of the transition.
No presentations or formal speeches – just a live discussion format where we will address the practical issues teams face when moving to microservices:
- Reasons for transitioning and key architectural decisions
- Hidden costs: what you should know in advance
- Team communication and delivery organization
- Transactions, queues, and DLQ
- Challenges in authentication, security, monitoring, and testing
This event has a charitable goal: all proceeds will be donated to the @KOLO Foundation to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This event will be valuable for Java developers, engineers, and architects looking to learn more about microservices or already working with them, as well as for Team Leads and Engineering Managers who want better to understand this transition from both management and technical perspectives.
