We are looking for a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer (AI Security Platform) to join us as part of our team.
About the Project
The project is a security control plane for AI agents, designed to help enterprises safely adopt autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems.
As AI agents increasingly interact with sensitive data, external tools, and business-critical workflows, the platform provides organizations with visibility, governance, and real-time protection for AI-driven systems.
The solution offers:
- A centralized inventory of AI agents across SaaS platforms, cloud environments, self-hosted systems, and end-user devices
- Graph-based contextual modeling of agents’ missions, permissions, tools, integrations, and behaviors
- Runtime protection through continuous, agentless monitoring and deterministic policy enforcement
Detection and mitigation of modern AI risks, including:
- Tool and access sprawl
- Hallucinations, goal drift, and probabilistic behavior
- External manipulation of agent behavior
- Lack of ownership, accountability, and governance
The platform enables enterprises to confidently scale AI adoption while maintaining security, compliance, and operational control.
About the role:
As a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. This is a hands-on role with strong influence on architecture, security design, and platform evolution.
You will work closely with product, security, and DevOps teams to design, build, and operate a high-performance, security-critical system in a fast-paced startup environment.
Schedule: The work schedule is flexible with the requirement to attend all meetings.
As a qualified expert, You will :
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend
- Build scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js (preferred)
- Develop robust backend services using Node.js and Python, with a strong focus on reliability and security
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs, including schema design, resolvers, and performance optimization
- Work with SQL (PostgreSQL) and Graph databases to model and query complex relationships
- Architect, deploy, and maintain applications in AWS following best practices for scalability and security
- Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with product, security, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to system architecture decisions, technical design reviews, and long-term platform evolution
- Implement and promote secure coding practices, code reviews, and automated testing
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools, including open-source LLM gateways, AI infrastructure, and developer productivity tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability in production
- Take ownership of features from concept through production and ongoing support
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards and development processes
We’re looking for you if you have:
Core Skills
- Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Solid expertise in Node.js and Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience with React and familiarity with Next.js
- Strong knowledge of GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, performance)
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and graph-oriented data models
- Practical experience with AWS cloud environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, security principles, and system design
- Experience working with or integrating AI-powered tools or LLM-based systems
