About the project

Big international company whose main business is related to gift cards and their functioning: issuing and distribution of cards, processing of payments, exchanging, refilling, etc. It also operates with many other types of digital content like eGifts, incentive cards, promotions, rewards, etc. The company has several e-commerce sites and platforms that are helping to distribute the gift card products. Also, the company has a bunch of own core services that perform all the management of gift cards in the ecosystem.

As a qualified expert, You will

  • Ensure all streams are progressing according to the overall program plan and timelines.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks across all streams, including potential roadblocks, dependencies, and inter-stream conflicts.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations across all streams, ensuring clear communication and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Continuously monitor progress across all streams, identify and address performance issues within project teams, and provide constructive feedback to stream leads and team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between streams and across departments to ensure project success.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance team performance, including training, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, address concerns, and enshure high performance
  • Explore and identify new opportunities for program expansion and improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions on business and technical objectives to ensure the program aligns with overall organizational goals.

We’re looking for you if you have

  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex programs with multiple streams with 20+FTEs, utilizing Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and strong relationship building.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management, including managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across the program.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Proven experience coordinating and managing dependencies between multiple project streams within a complex program.
  • Proven ability to lead and encourage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across program streams.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle & Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Possesses strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of architectural concepts, technologies (AWS, databases, APIs, etc.), and their application within the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within established frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) with the flexibility and adaptability required to navigate changing requirements and priorities effectively.
  • Experience using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize program performance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving program success.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
