We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join us as part of our team.

About the Role

PitchBook’s Technical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating cross-functional execution across the company’s data delivery solutions – including API, Data Feeds, and CRM integrations. This role leverages deep technical expertise to ensure seamless coordination between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

You will drive alignment across teams and initiatives, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated, and executed. Your work will enable scalable, high-impact data capabilities that empower clients to integrate private market intelligence directly into their systems.

Beyond execution, this role demands structured thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on removing friction across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution – bringing clarity to complexity, driving decisions, and enabling the team to deliver with confidence.

10AM – 7PM, with flexibility to adjust till 8pm when needed. Timezones: Ukraine, Seattle. Meetings Involvement: high.

As a qualified expert, You will be responsible for:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution within a product domain, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Architecture leads.
  • Facilitate clear, timely decision-making by framing trade-offs and ensuring stakeholder involvement.
  • Maintain deep product and technical context to act as a high-context, consultative partner.
  • Enable defining of initiatives scope, goals, and delivery paths to support sustainable, aligned planning.
  • Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and surface issues early for resolution.
  • Ensure clear, structured communication and reporting to all stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement by evolving planning and delivery processes with minimal overhead.
  • Promote healthy collaboration, ownership, and transparency across teams.
  • Partner with TPMs and Program Managers to scale best practices and improve delivery efficiency.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business); advanced degree preferredю.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with technical depth and high visibility.
  • Strong technical foundation with an understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Skilled at translating technical details into business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working across globally distributed teams in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience supporting teams in agile delivery.
  • Interest or experience in financial services, particularly private equity or venture capital.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce overhead.
  • Minimum B1 level English proficiency required.
