The team You will work with: Manager and 3 Rewards Specialists

We’re looking for you if you have

Tech skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B-related role;
  • Deep understanding of grading system design and way of its implementation or continuous improvement;
  • Deep expertise in salary ranges design and working with salary data providers;
  • Solid background in people related processes like promotion, performance and comp review, goals setting, bonus programs setup and maintenance;
  • Deep expertise in benefit package design;
  • Good understanding of EU compensation market/benefit peculiarities;
  • Advance knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/HRIS;
  • Expertise how to create insight driven analytics and provide it to stakeholders;
  • English – upper-intermediate. 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with an ascent to change management and stakeholders management;
  • Solid business acumen;
  • Good team cooperation skills;
  • Performance based attitude;
  • Deliverables excellence and focus on continuous improvement;

As a qualified expert, You will

  • Full ownership and managing projects/processes in the Total Rewards stream related to compensation processes in the company (like merit cycles, ad-hoc requests, sti, benchmarks etc.). Be proactive in designing new processes, redesigning existing ones, looking deeper and wider, identifying gaps, and simplifying the lives of yourself and others;
  • Contribute to the development and improvement on the company level such streams as Benefits, Goals Management, Well-being, Recognition, and Job Architecture;
  • Provide input into a company’s Total Rewards strategy and actively participate in the implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures regarding own stream and wider;
  • Participate in C&B-related surveys (internal and external) like KF, EY, Mercer, etc;
  • Participate in HR processes automatization and development of HRIS. Take active participation in designing, testing and adopting the company’s new internal tool for C&B purposes.
  • Participate in the development of HR data analytics and dashboard creation.
  • Be a trusted Partner of Managers, HRBP in Rewards related topics.
