We are looking for an Senior Node.js Engineer to join us as part of our team.
About the role
You’ll be part of our team as a Node.js developer, working on a public platform that lets professionals collect and share anonymous peer feedback. By creating a portable reputation score, we help people showcase their credibility beyond resumes and enable recruiters to assess cultural fit early. It’s all about building more trust and transparency into hiring.

As a qualified expert You will
- Develop and maintain the backend for our MVP, including authentication, rating logic, credit system, notifications, and user profiles
- Design and implement robust REST APIs
- Integrate with third-party systems such as LinkedIn, BrightData, and SES
- Work within and actively contribute to our AWS-based infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
We’re looking for you if you have
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js, strong proficiency in building high-quality code, and a proven track record of developing RESTful APIs within microservices architectures
- Hands-on AWS & DevOps expertise, including ECS Fargate, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, SQS, and SNS, with a solid understanding of CI/CD best practices
- Deep knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, relational modeling) and Redis (for caching and session management)
- Experience designing systems that prioritize user anonymity, along with robust skills in validation, logging, and data compliance (GDPR/CCPA awareness is a plus)
- Background in ETL pipelines and processing large-scale datasets (160M+ profiles)
- Proven ability to build scalable, high-load platforms that maintain reliability under significant traffic
