About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior L&D Specialist with a strong technical background to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving our learning and development initiatives, particularly in the technical direction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Manager, Talent Development and 1 Talent Development Partner.

As a qualified expert, You will

  • Competency Model Management: Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and implementation of our Career Paths (Competence Model). This includes regularly updating the model and filling it with relevant learning solutions.
  • Technical L&D Focus: Develop and deliver cutting-edge learning programs focused on upskilling technical employees. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Support the implementation and ongoing management of our new LMS.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs on a variety of topics, including leadership development, cross-cultural communication, and soft skills.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate all aspects of learning events.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Contribute to the development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and report on key metrics.

We’re looking for you if you have

  • Experience in developing competency matrices and identifying necessary resources to complete them with learning for technical positions in IT.
  • Experience in curating technical educational content for various IT teams.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs.
  • Experience managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Experience with compliance training.
  • Experience implementing mentoring and coaching programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing Individual Development Plans (PDPs).
