About the role

As a Sales Researcher, you will deliver accurate, well-targeted leads, enabling the sales team to focus on high-potential prospects — boosting efficiency, strengthening the sales pipeline, and driving sustainable business growth.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Researcher to join our Demand Generation team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of leads to support our business development goals. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using databases, LinkedIn, and research tools to identify and qualify new prospects.

Work Environment

Flexible schedule with core hours 10:00–17:00 EET, 8-hour workday, 5 days per week, Primary communication in EET time zone

As a qualified expert You will

  • Conduct targeted company and market research to identify upper mid-market prospects (typically 50–5000 employees) in selected segments with SaaS or other product offerings, in line with sales targeting strategies.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms to locate, verify, and map key decision-makers, while understanding their business environment.
  • Monitor relevant news, funding rounds, partnerships, product launches, or other public updates that could be leveraged in outreach.
  • Keep Google Sheets and Apollo lead lists well-structured, accurate, and regularly updated.
  • Prepare and deliver timely lead reports and actionable insights to SDRs and the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with SDRs and the Account Executive to refine research criteria and improve lead quality based on conversion results.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our services and value proposition to guide research priorities effectively.

We’re looking for you if you have

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead research, data sourcing, or sales support.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar lead research tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns in data.
  • Well-organized and process-driven, able to manage large research volumes without sacrificing quality.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2+, verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with IT / outsourcing industry terminology and ability to understand technical product descriptions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience preparing for offline conferences (e.g., WebSummit) via networking apps.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and Jira.
