We are looking to hire a Talent sourcer to join our team.

As a qualified expert, You will

  • Actively source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, social networks, etc.);
  • Screen and assess candidates for various technical and non-technical roles;
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • proven experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles within the IT sector, including technical and non-technical positions.
  • strong research skills with a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for you if you have

  •  2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the Ukrainian and European markets;
  • English proficiency at B2 or higher;
  •  Hands-on experience with job platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn,Djinni, etc.);;
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements, using various channels for roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions;
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates;
  • Manage the candidate database and create reports
  • conduct detailed research and sourcing of top talent in the IT sector, utilizing various tools and platforms.
  • work closely with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • apply meticulous attention to detail in all research and documentation tasks.
  • provide quality CV screenings.
