About the role:
Product Owner will be in charge of healthy Product Development based on Platform consistency and unit-economy, prioritizing scope of components and safeguarding product for unnecessary additions.

PitchBook is a financial data and software company with offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Seattle. Serving clients in 19 languages, we provide thousands of global business professionals with comprehensive data on the private and public markets to help them discover and execute opportunities with confidence. Worldwide usage includes large corporations, start-ups, venture capital and private equity firms, investment banks, and many others.
You will be a part of a newly formed team which will be dedicated to scaling data. Concentrating more on new data sources, data representations and data consistency across the platform.
Team: Newly formed, classic 8 (2FE-2BE-2QA).
Schedule: 8 hours/day, flexible.
Time-zone: GMT +3
Meetings involvement: candidate should be able to drive classic Scrum Ceremonies, building and maintaining strong and healthy relationship with Product Manager, Data Analysts and other internal stakeholders across project.
As a qualified expert, You will:
- Work closely with Product Manager to plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of product roadmap (slicing on features, slicing features on backlog items, controls data management of features and backlog items);
- Document new features and communicate functionality to delivery teams;
- Populate and maintain the product backlog;
- With guidance, support building the product roadmap at the squad/team level based on strategy and ongoing stakeholder input;
- Participation in team demos and retrospectives ensuring feature demos are presented to customers early and often (SLA: 1-2 Sprints).
We’re looking for you if you have:
- 2 years of relevant experience working with Engineering Teams/feature delivery teams. Can document new features and communicate it to Engineering teams.
- Preferred 1 (one) year of experience in a Fintech Data Diligence/Fintech Investment/Business Intelligence domains.
- PSPO II Certification or relevant alternative would be a huge advantage for a candidate.
