As a Middle People Operations Specialist, you will dive into the heart of our team! We are looking for a Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and actively shape our employee journey. In this role, you will be instrumental in boosting development, fostering a vibrant culture, and optimizing HR processes for maximum efficiency. You will be joining a team that includes an HR Operations Manager and two Senior People Operations Specialists.
As a qualified expert You will
- Provide support for consultants in various People Operations related topics and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR policy, procedures and processes;
- Help develop standard and ad hoc reports, metrics, and dashboards;
- Serve as HRIS system administrator by providing functional and technical expertise including system configurations, managing settings, business process enhancements, troubleshooting issues, employing improvements, and ensuring overall data quality and integrity;
- Provide system and end-user support internally within the People Org and for external organizational stakeholders.
We’re looking for you if you have
Tech skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus);
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS, Jira, and Confluence.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.

- Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder and change management;
- Good team cooperation skills;
- Performance-based attitude;
