We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join us as part of our team.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales & SDR team in building a pipeline of high-quality leads. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating initial outreach, and maintaining an organized lead database. Your contribution will directly impact the company’s growth and success by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, ensuring they receive relevant information about our offerings.

You will be working closely with our Sales & SDR team, reporting to the BizDev Manager. Our team is dynamic, results-driven, and supportive, providing you with the necessary resources and mentorship to excel in your role.

As a qualified expert You will

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads in the database.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to qualify leads.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database.
  • Perform additional research tasks as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services to facilitate lead generation efforts.

We’re looking for you if you have

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation.
  • Proven experience with research and database management (must-have).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Entry-level experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other databases for company research (entry level).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred).
  • English: Іntermediate (B1) or higher.
