SPD Technology is looking for a Middle Front-end Engineer (Latin America location).
About the project
Big international company whose main business is related to gift cards and their functioning: issuing and distribution of cards, processing of payments, exchanging, refilling, etc. It also operates with many other types of digital content like eGifts, incentive cards, promotions, rewards, etc. The company has several e-commerce sites and platforms that are helping to distribute the gift card products. Also, the company has a bunch of own core services that perform all the management of gift cards in the ecosystem. The company seeks a Front-end Engineer for a new team who will work with a multi-country multi-language high-load ecommerce based on Adobe Commerce.
You’ll work with the following stack: JavaScript and React
Team: 4 Engineers, 2 Front-ends, 1 Back-End, 1 QA.
Management and Product Owners are in California. Team processes — Scrum with 2 weeks sprints.
We’re looking for you if you have
- 3+ years of development for front-end
- JavaScript, React, Typescript, HTML5 — strong knowledge
- Good understanding of front-end architecture patterns
- Basic knowledge in CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins
- Skill of effective and proactive communication
- High level of personal responsibility
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus:
- Any experience with Adobe Commerce or Magento
- Any experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Basic knowledge in other popular front-end technologies
- E-commerce experience (orders, transactions, payments, fulfilment, inventory, taxes, etc.)
