And now we are looking for a General QA Engineer to join us as part of our team.
About the role:
The company builds AI intelligence infrastructure used by government, law enforcement, and intelligence organizations, including customers such as Ukrainian government bodies and police.
The product is an on-premise Generative AI platform that utilizes LLMs and smaller language models (SLMs) to process and analyze large volumes of data.
The platform helps analysts quickly find and connect information across multiple data sources using natural language queries. It is designed to support investigation and analytical workflows in organizations working with complex and sensitive data, enabling them to identify patterns, uncover insights, and make faster operational decisions.
Work Environment: Ability to work within Israel working hours (Sunday–Thursday). For candidates who cannot work on Sunday, Friday will be a working day instead.
Team setup: The engineering team currently consists of ~12 specialists based in Israel.
As a qualified expert You will
- Perform manual testing of LLM-based conversational systems
- Design and execute test scenarios to validate data correctness and AI reasoning
- Test AI responses by creating queries over datasets and verifying the accuracy of results
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and Playwright
- Validate system behavior using SQL queries and database checks
- Work with data stored in MongoDB, MySQL, and SQLite during testing and validation

Core Skills
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with Playwright for automated testing
- Experience in testing AI or conversational systems
- Experience with manual QA for complex systems
- Ability to write and validate SQL queries
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or SQLite
- Experience designing test scenarios for data validation and system logic
Soft Skills
- Strong collaboration skills and team mindset
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude
Would be a plus
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor)
