About the role
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a vital role in building our team by identifying and engaging top talent across technical and non-technical domains. You’ll work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to shaping our employer brand to attract the best candidates. This is a dynamic role where your expertise in sourcing and market research will directly impact the growth and success of the company.
As a qualified expert, You will
- Actively search for qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, social networks, etc.) and channels for roles ranging from middle-level to Director positions.
- Conduct detailed research to identify top talent in the IT sector and provide market insights.
- Screen and assess candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screenings.
- Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate documentation and creating reports.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
We’re looking for you if you have
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the Ukrainian, European, and LATAM markets.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
- Strong research skills with an analytical approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with job platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Djinni).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
