On February 1st, SPD Technology, an international software development company, celebrates its 20th anniversary. Over the past two decades, the company has evolved from a small engineering team into a global technology partner, uniting more than 650 specialists across 32 countries. With over 460 projects delivered, SPD Technology continues to drive innovation for clients in fintech, digital payments, data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud computing.
Founded over twenty years ago, SPD Technology partners with clients globally, from fast-growing startups to enterprises building complex, high-load systems. Notably, four of the company’s clients each generate over $4 billion in annual revenue.
The company has two development centers in Europe, offices in Romania, the United Kingdom, and Cyprus, as well as remote teams working worldwide. Even as it scales internationally, SPD Technology remains a leader in the Ukrainian IT sector, earning its place in the DOU “Top 50 IT Companies in Ukraine” for the fourth time.

The company is also placing a strategic emphasis on expanding our global footprint into new territories, while maintaining our traditional focus on the U.S. market.
To mark its 20th anniversary, SPD Technology announced a social initiative to support Ukraine. The company partnered with the Ukrainian band Latexfauna to donate $20,000 to the Klan Sokola charity foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, SPD Technology has contributed over UAH 38.3 million to the Army, various charitable organizations, and colleagues currently serving in the military.
