About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles in international markets. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage complex hiring processes independently.

TA Manager, Team Lead, 6 Talent Acquisition Specialists, and a Talent Sourcer.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for international markets 
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and proactive talent mapping
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and providing consultative support
  • Strong interviewing skills (competency-based and structured interviews)
  • Experience in defining qualification criteria and shaping hiring processes
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics 
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Strong professional network and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram channels, and alternative sourcing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level)

As a qualified expert, you will:

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offers, and closing
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across international markets
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide high-quality feedback
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to TA strategic initiatives
  • Prepare regular hiring reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the candidate stage to onboarding.
