We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us as part of our team.

About the project

The Space Needle is an iconic landmark and observation tower located in Seattle, Washington, USA. It was built for the 1962 World’s Fair, also known as the Century 21 Exposition, which was held in Seattle to showcase the city’s futuristic vision and celebrate the spirit of innovation and progress.

As a qualified expert, You will:

  • Communication with the client, and transferring context to the development team.
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Reaching client’s expectations
  • Providing Project Management frameworks for the team
  • Providing tasks and priorities due to clients’ requirements
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Leading Project Planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and resources
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Quality control, cost control
  • Scope management
  • Risk Management

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 5 years of commercial production experience in cross-project management, including the ability to manage different projects in parallel
  • Deep knowledge of SDLC, understanding project lifecycle from presale up to postmortem and support/warranty stages
  • Ability to choose different methodologies based on project context, understanding what methodology will be effective for the client and the team
  • Deep understanding of project development phases, required activities and documentation
  • Being a proactive team player, sharing best practices, and improving personal knowledge and team productivity
  • “Tech Savvy” person who can communicate with technical stakeholders and be able to explain team decisions and plans
  • Strategically thinking and self-driven, with the ability to inspire and drive team members
  • Deep knowledge of budget planning and familiarity with core finance metrics
  • Great expertise in presentations for executive-level building dashboards and spreadsheets to have transparency between company and client
  • Manage Deadlines and communicate appropriately in case of exceedance
  • Participate and drive project activities
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate person
  • Monitor the performance of the team
  • Good spoken/written English (upper-intermediate)

Nice to have:

Would be a plus having professional certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/PMI-ACP
