We are looking for a Senior/Lead T&D Specialist to join us as part of our team. 

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead T&D Specialist for our T&D Team with a strong understanding of technology and AI to drive the next stage of our company’s learning transformation. In this role, you will lead the development of AI- and tech-focused training programs, strengthen technical competency models, and curate high-quality learning resources for our engineering and cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with technical leaders to ensure our people have clear development paths and the skills needed to grow, innovate, and deliver exceptional results. This is a strategic, high-impact role that will directly support business growth by enhancing our AI readiness, accelerating professional development, and building a scalable, modern tech learning ecosystem across the company.

As a qualified expert You will

AI & Tech Learning Development 

  • Design and lead the implementation of technical training programs focused on AI literacy, AI tools, and AI-enabled workflows for both technical and non-technical employees
  • Identify internal AI learning needs based on surveys, communication with Delivery, and strategic business priorities and put it into educational actions
  • Research and curate high-quality AI and tech resources from different platforms with further implementation and adoption on the company level 
  • Support the rollout of the company’s AI-related learning strategy and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with technical Center(s) of Excellence

Competency Models & Career Paths

  • Structure and maintain competency models for a range of technical roles
  • Fill each job profile with recommended, relevant, up-to-date learning resources
  • Collaborate with Delivery to validate competencies and learning content
  • Track and be aware of market technology trends in order to keep organizational technical capabilities on track
  • Act as career advisor for technical tracks and roles

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Communicate with internal clients, gather requirements, align expectations, provide technical guidance
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers

We’re looking for you if you have

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar roles
  • Experience working in IT industry
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end learning programs for tech domain/AI is a must
  • Understanding of AI tools/technologies not only theoretically but practically is a strong advantage
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in technology and emerging trends
  • Proactivity, ownership, and ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Experience creating or working with competency models, or skill matrices
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled in gathering learning needs from technical teams and converting them into structured learning experiences
  • Excellent research skills for identifying external learning platforms, courses, and high-quality resources
  • Experience working with LMS systems

Nice to have Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with AI-based tools in L&D
  • Background in building learning communities or knowledge-sharing cultures
