We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team.

About the role

About the Project:

Join a fast-growing travel-tech company building a smart mobility platform that simplifies booking train, bus, and flight tickets across Europe and beyond. Our product helps millions of users find the best travel options by combining real-time data from hundreds of providers into one seamless experience.

We’re leveraging AI to power personalized recommendations, optimize search results, and enable dynamic pricing. You’ll work on cutting-edge ML models for demand forecasting, anomaly detection, content classification, and NLP-driven user experiences.

Team setup: You’ll work in a cross-functional team on the client side. Close collaboration with both business and tech stakeholders.

As a qualified expert, You will

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs and other ML techniques to drive real business impact.

  • Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle — from ideation and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Build scalable and reliable AI systems to support global product expansion.

  • Evangelize AI adoption across teams by showing measurable value.

  • Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows and ensure adoption.

  • Present models, architecture, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level.

We’re looking for you if you have

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in developing complex models and algorithms..

  • Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA or similar).

  • Strong understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy).

  • Solid programming skills in Python (primary) and Java, along with SQL.

  • Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

  • Practical knowledge of prompt engineering to optimize LLM output.

  • Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

  • Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including model evaluation, versioning, and monitoring.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-driven and able to take ownership with minimal supervision.
