About the role
SPD is launching a structured Referral & Partnership Program to transform our ways of working with other companies and individuals into a scalable and predictable growth channel.
We are looking for a Referral & Partnership Program Manager who will own and drive this strategic initiative end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Project Management
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Relationship Development
- CRM & Data Discipline
The role will be fully accountable for building and operating SPD’s referral engine — from contact aggregation and segmentation to promoter activation and referral pipeline tracking.
It will also be responsible for developing a portfolio of partnerships with ecosystem players, ranging from industry giants like AWS and Microsoft to niche technology providers complementing our domain offerings.
This is not a coordination role. This is a growth ownership role.
Work Environment
Internally this role will primarily interact with various managers in the company (VP and D levels), mostly based in Europe (from Spain to Ukraine). You can expect any regular meetings to happen within normal European working hours.
Externally it will interact with partners all around the world, from America’s Pacific Coast to Middle Eastern time zones. This may require occasional meetings outside typical working hours, but we do not expect it to happen on a regular basis.
As a qualified expert You will
End-to-End Ownership
- Own the Referral and Partnership Program strategy execution
- Drive program roadmap and quarterly objectives
- Report performance to key stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, segmentation accuracy, and tracking discipline (CRM and other systems)
Partner & Referral Contact Aggregation & Segmentation
- Consolidate and segment historical contacts and potential partners across delivery and sales teams
- Identify high-potential candidates for relationship development
- Plan structured approach to them
Activation & Relationship Management
- Personally engage with potential partners
- Conduct structured partner activation calls
- Build trust-based long-term relationships
- Position SPD as a strategic partner
- Develop referral and partner collaboration models
Network Intelligence & Research Coordination
- Manage 1–2 researchers
- Prioritize domains and target accounts (Fintech,Legal,AI etc.)
- Approve and validate researched target lists
- Ensure relevance and strategic alignment
Referral Deal Orchestration
- Facilitate warm introductions
- Align internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, domain experts)
- Ensure smooth handover to sales
- Track referral-linked deals in CRM
- Monitor pipeline health and progression
Partnership Capability Development
- Together with Delivery and CoE plan development of partner-specific expertise in the company
- Supervise execution of expertise development by CoE and L&D department
- Plan and execute certification process needed to achieve status with strategic partners
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Own and monitor key metrics:
- Active partners and referrals
- Number of introductions
- Qualified opportunities
- Conversion rates
- Revenue generated from referral and partnership channels
- Average deal size
- Continuously optimize process, messaging, and incentive models

Experience Requirements
- 3+ years in one or a combination of:
- Project Management
- Account Management
- Business Development or Sales
- Partnership Management
- Experience working in IT services / software development / consulting (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
