We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join us as part of our team.
About the role
The Business Operations ensures smooth organizational workflows by managing reporting processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-department collaboration. This role combines data management, communication, and operational support to enable efficient project and business unit performance.
Key functions include:
- Reporting on working hours across the Delivery business units
- Providing operational assistance to the Delivery teams
- Coordinating and supporting goal-setting processes within Functional Departments
- Managing company metrics tracking and visualization, including preparation of ad-hoc reports
- Collecting and processing quality feedback for the Delivery and Functional business units
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal operational processes
Team
The team currently consists of 5 members. The position reports directly to the Business Operations Manager.

Work Environment
The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Kyiv time). Some flexibility in working hours may be allowed depending on business needs or specific tasks. The role involves participation in several regular meetings, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on current projects and team priorities.
As a qualified expert You will
- Control time tracking of assigned projects/delivery units, the team reports preparation
- Manage project and client data in the systems
- Communicate with different teams across the company to ensure effective coordination
- Collect, analyze, and visualize statistical data on projects, business units, and the company as a whole
- Work with consultants’ or business units’ requests (time reporting issues, company systems, ad-hoc reports, etc.)
- Support Delivery Managers with BU-related data (CVs, project statuses, BU metrics, etc.)
- Assist in the invoice approval process
- Coordinate performance feedback collection from managers to consultants
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company activities
We’re looking for you if you have
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience working with corporate systems and databases
- Familiarity with Tableau and project management tools (e.g., Jira) will be considered an advantage
- English: Upper Intermediate or above
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Competencies: Data Analysis, Investigating and Reporting, Business Partnership and Consulting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
