Mariia is a Staff Data Scientist and AI practitioner at SPD Technology, focused on building production-ready AI systems, including LLM-based and machine-learning solutions, that turn complex data into intelligent, business-driven systems.

Her work covers the full AI lifecycle, from defining use cases and preparing data to training, evaluating, and deploying models. Working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, Mariia ensures that AI solutions are reliable, measurable, and useful in real-world environments.

A large part of her work is making AI practical, including dealing with messy data, defining what success means for a model, and building systems that can be monitored, improved, and trusted in production.
