I started my IT journey over a decade ago as a Java Developer. Delivering custom software solutions for top software companies for years, I eventually joined SPD Technology as an Engineering Manager in 2018. The first project I managed in this role was a company that provides popular software and data platforms for investment professionals. I was responsible for an entirely new account and assembled and managed a team of 15+ professionals.
SPD Technology also provided me with an opportunity to become a Solution Architect, and later Senior Director. I am responsible for software delivery and helped nearly two dozen different projects, mostly startups, operating in Fintech, Logistics, Entertainment, and Marketing.
I have a lot of attention-worthy business cases to share thanks to my multi-domain expertise which I talked about as a speaker at Devoxx UA, JUG.ua, Logeek Night, JEEConf, Java Day and SeleniumCamp conferences. Being also a former Java Trainer at Luxoft and Devoxx Ukraine program committee member, I’m very glad to provide additional insights for our readers.
