I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and began my journey with SPD Technology in 2013 as a Java Developer. My first project involved building a mobile application for a startup in the Retail industry. After gaining hands-on experience in several domains, I took on a leadership role in an eCommerce project for BlackHawk Network, serving as Tech Lead/Team Lead from 2016 to 2020.
Later, I contributed to developing the world’s first Software-Defined Connectivity (SDC) platform for FloLive, an innovative leader in Telecom and IoT. Throughout my career, I’ve built expertise in high-level solution design, performance optimization, client communication, and team management across industries such as eCommerce, Fintech, Retail, Big Data, and Telecom.
Contributing to our blog allows me to reflect on engineering challenges, technical leadership, and the impact of software solutions on real business outcomes. For me, it is crucial to be in the context of the client’s business, get detailed feedback on the performance of our teams, and act based on it to get better results. I consider feedback on the business value of each implemented feature to be the main motivator. My teammates do their best to build a product that will beat the competition by offering more functionality and convenience.
