We are seeking a Middle ML & AI Engineer to join our team.
About the project
You will be working on the project as an ML & AI Engineer on an AI Skincare Advisor MVP, which provides users with selfie-based, AI-powered skin analysis and personalized recommendations.
Work Environment
Flexible remote setup with a few overlapping hours in CET.
As a qualified expert You will
- Develop AI model for 5 metrics
- Prepare overlays & scoring logic
- Validate accuracy & latency (≤15s)
We’re looking for you if you have
- Hands-on experience with semantic segmentation and face detection tasks.
- Strong background in PyTorch for model training and inference.
- Knowledge of model optimization techniques (pruning, quantization, and other inference acceleration methods).
- Experience with FastAPI and Docker for serving and deploying models.
- Solid understanding of computer vision pipelines (data preprocessing, augmentation, and postprocessing).
- Experience in dataset management and working with annotation tools such as Hasty.ai, CVAT etc.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and reproducible ML workflows.
- Experience training on GPUs and using AWS SageMaker for scalable model training and deployment.
- Understanding of monitoring model performance in production environments.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing or coordinating labeling teams.
