About the role
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will engage with leads, qualify potential clients, and prepare the ground for successful sales conversations. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, confident in building relationships and using modern sales tools to deliver measurable results. As the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR plays a key role in opening doors, creating qualified opportunities, and fueling the sales pipeline — directly driving revenue growth and accelerating business goals.

Team
The DemandGen team provides lead generation services for Sales Executives. Currently, it consists of 1 SDR Team Lead and 2 Researchers.
As a qualified expert, You will
- Find, warm up, and qualify potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and other channels.
- Conduct targeted research to identify and select high-potential prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Research LinkedIn profiles and company pages in depth to identify personalization points for outreach.
- Write and optimize personalized LinkedIn campaigns that resonate with the prospect’s role, business needs, and industry.
- Set up and manage outreach sequences in automation tools to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and nurture leads to progress them toward engagement.
- Schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive (AE) and ensure all necessary details are prepared in advance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM, and track campaign performance in Google Sheets and Jira.
- Support AEs with follow-ups and tailored value propositions when required.
- Share market and prospect feedback with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Monitor conversion rates, source performance, and key sales metrics to help optimize sales processes.
We’re looking for you if you have
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales development, or similar roles in IT Outsourcing.
- Proficient in IT outsourcing industry terminology and adept at comprehending technical product descriptions.
- Proven ability to engage prospects, write compelling outreach, and secure qualified meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2–C1 level).
- Confidence with lead automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper).
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support wider sales initiatives.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Bonus points
- Experience preparing for offline conferences (e.g., WebSummit) using networking apps.
