About the project
Public platform (cNPS App) that enables users to collect, share, and visualize anonymous peer ratings of coworkers, based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model. The product will enable: Transparent and anonymous feedback between coworkers; A reputation index (cNPS score) that users can share with recruiters; HR to evaluate candidates based on peer sentiment. By addressing the absence of scalable, trust-based reputation signals in hiring, cNPS positions itself as a credibility; layer for careers. It empowers professionals to carry anonymized feedback across job transitions and enables recruiters to evaluate cultural fit early — laying the groundwork for a more trustworthy and efficient hiring process.

As a qualified expert, You will
- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (optionally GCP) based on existing architecture.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams (React + Node.js) to align infrastructure with application needs.
- Automate environment provisioning and manage configurations for PostgreSQL, Redis, and other services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
- Document infrastructure setup and processes.
We’re looking for you if you have
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, etc.); GCP knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of backend and frontend deployment practices (Node.js, React + Tailwind).
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and Redis in cloud environments.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
