About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to become part of our dynamic AI team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of data pipelines across multiple projects, as well as for the security and optimization of data warehouses. Your work will enable seamless data access for Machine Learning and AI teams, supporting the development of innovative AI/ML solutions for both internal needs and client-facing products.
This role puts you at the forefront of Data and AI innovation, driving R&D efforts and contributing to scalable, production-grade data infrastructure. The position offers flexible working hours with the expectation to attend all team meetings. The team follows a Scrum-based Agile methodology.

As a qualified expert, You will
- Lead Data and Analytics initiatives for internal Data solutions, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Contribute to pre-sale activities by understanding client needs and designing data collection and transfer strategies for centralized storage.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and transformations within data warehouses to support analytics and reporting.
- Design, build, and manage reliable and efficient data pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and cloud technologies.
We’re looking for you if you have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Data/BI Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Iceberg, BigQuery, Redshift), including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), especially cloud-native data warehouses.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation tasks.
- Practical experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
Experience with dbt for managing data quality and transformations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including ML and AI engineers, as well as business stakeholders.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Bonus points
- Experience with Kafka, Flink, or other streaming technologies for real-time data pipelines.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
- Knowledge of analytical design patterns and data visualization best practices.
- Understanding of basic ML models (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost) to create simple models on top of your data.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and security frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in data engineering contexts.
- Decent web development skills to showcase and integrate your work.
