We’re looking for passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic AI team.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of AI/ML innovation, driving the research and development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions for the company and customers. You’ll work with new and innovative AI/ML projects across different business (e.g. retail, finance) and technical (e.g. tabular data, computer vision, NLP, generative AI) domains.

Team
Director of Data & AI, Senior Data Engineer, ML & AI Engineer.
As a qualified expert, You will
- Collaborate with the AI Solution Architect to transform business and technical requirements into implementable PoC-level AI/ML solutions for the customers.
- Develop and iterate prototypes, proofs of concept, and demo systems using real or synthetic data to validate solution feasibility.
- Support internal R&D initiatives by building reusable components, evaluation tools, and templates for faster prototyping.
- Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model experimentation across various AI domains (tabular, NLP, CV, generative AI).
- Integrate models and agents with APIs or small web interfaces to demonstrate functionality and business value.
- Document experiment results, model behavior, and technical decisions for internal and client review.
- Present PoC outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up to date with new AI frameworks, models, and APIs; suggest and test relevant innovations for internal accelerators.
We’re looking for you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with at least 2 production cases.
- At least 2 years of Python programming experience (including machine learning libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, etc). Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience with at least one of the following technical domains: Tabular data, Computer Vision, NLP, AI. For your domain of expertise, a strong understanding of the best practices on each stage (e.g. preparing different types of data for modeling, ML modeling with classical or deep learning, ML interpretation) is required.
- Desire to learn something new and experiment with new technologies and approaches in different domains.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly test different approaches and deliver prototypes.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- English: Intermediate level or higher.
Bonus points
- Product/business mindset – ability to understand business value and impact behind AI/ML solutions.
- Big Data engineering skills (e.g. SQL, Spark; working with databases and data warehouses, writing queries and procedures)
- Web development skills to create a quick demo and showcase your work. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Cloud: Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML development and deployment.
