Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join us as part of our team.

About the role:

  • You’ll join our 15+-people Business Development Team.
  • You’ll get decent commissions for hitting target quotas.
  • You’ll sell complex engineering solutions and exciting projects for clients in NA and globally
  • You’ll get training and coaching from sales leaders as well as outside experts
  • You’ll collaborate with experienced and highly qualified experts from different fields. They’ll support you through our various knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • You’ll be provided with a clear onboarding plan aimed to shorten your way to full productivity
  • You’ll obtain a clear career path and goals: you’ll know exactly what skills to work on to grow.
  • Your manager will deeply care about your professional development: you’ll meet every 3 months to discuss your progress and share feedback.
  • You’ll work on the best equipment – we will provide you with a Macbook, and all the tools you need.

As a qualified expert, You will:

  • Driving revenue forward within an assigned territory and across verticals.
  • Building, developing, and coaching a LeadGen team capable of carrying out needed pipeline-covering initiatives.
  • Leading the full sales cycle. From prospecting, through solution selling to contract to signing.
  • Generating new opportunities through outbound activities and effectively converting marketing-generated leads.
  • Aligning with subject matter experts to consult clients’ executives on their needs and clarify opportunities.
  • Building commercial tech proposals and driving negotiations to launch long-term, value-based business relationships.
  • Co-creating specific custom offerings, as part of the go-to-market strategy.
  • Staying relevant to the customers by keeping up with the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborating and working closely with multiple stakeholders, including Delivery, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, etc.
  • Following to a bundle of KPIs including revenue, win rate, and sales cycle length.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  •  At least 5 years of experience of high-performing work experience in quota-carrying sales roles with a focus on IT services, incl. software development outsourcing, managed services, etc.
  • Have a highly polished personal brand with a saturated posting thread on LinkedIn and a robust professional network.
  • Experience in building sales pipelines through outbound motion — market research, business analysis, networking, and referrals.
  • An adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships versus taking a transactional sales approach
  • Experience in the leading full sales process — from prospecting to Won stage
  • A sales rep with a proven record of closing $0,5M+ New Business quota
  • Experience working with companies at different growth stages — start-ups, mid-market, and enterprises. Profound knowledge on how to approach, deal with, and win each type.
  • Good understanding of modern software development practices and processes, both industry-specific and generic (e.g. Agile, CI/CD)
  • Great listening, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent (C1 +) English is a must.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply — Professional AI Sales Automation, AI Sales Engagement Platform, or similar platforms.
  • Practical skill in building business proposals and presentations.
  • Able to efficiently and effectively work remotely/virtually from your home office as a key member of a geographically distributed team.
  • Be able to travel up to 25% of the business time.

  • Experienced with Indirect Sales channels (Agencies, VC and PE firms, accelerators, etc).

  • Being fluent in other European languages (German, French)
