SPD Technology is a young brand. Our Employer Branding & Communications Team is responsible for building strategies and launching campaigns to establish SPD Technology as the best place to work for employees and an attractive employer for the right candidates. We drive internal and external communications, events and partnerships, social media, and talent marketing in Ukrainian and international markets. Team
Employer branding manager. Communication & PR specialist, Event management specialist, Designer. You will be 5th on the team.
As a qualified expert You will
- Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to increase employer brand awareness and attract the right candidates to the company;
- Take ownership in the creation or co-creation of all employer branding-related content in different formats to showcase the company’s EVP and ensure consistent and high-quality communication material across social media, mainly, but not limited to social media and including other platforms too, like blog posts, articles, and emails.
- Launch target ads and digital promo for company’s open roles, test and analyze the effectiveness of PPC campaigns;
- Create and develop talent marketing campaigns to support hiring plans and increase the employer brand visibility and awareness;
- Facilitate the collection of content from all stakeholders to create the material, conduct interviews with in-house experts to increase the credibility and quality of the content;
- Manage corporate accounts on employee reviews platforms and job boards;
- As a content and SMM ambassador, play an active role in cross-team and cross-departments internal and external projects when the content support is needed;
- Seek opportunities for partnerships and advertising;
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and support recruitment processes through employer branding activities. Become a support for the Talent Acquisition team in terms of content creation, and brand affiliation;
- Track media results, monitor and analyze them on a monthly basis;
- Proofread and edit texts in both Ukrainian and English.
We’re looking for you if you have
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (at least Upper-Intermediate);
- Prior experience working within employer branding and talent marketing in Ukrainian and/or international IT markets;
- Proven experience in copywriting, particularly social media marketing and target ads;
- Familiarity with and understanding of marketing and social media analytics;
- Ability to combine creativity, ideas generation with critical thinking, business acumen and analytical skills;
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Strong interpersonal and presentational skills for collaboration with other departments and working as part of a team;
- Bonus points for knowing GA4, Figma, CapCut, Inshot, or other video and visual editors;
- Curiosity for trends in media, marketing, content, and a general understanding of the tech industry.
